Hours of Operation:
Your inquiry is important to us, so please feel free to call or email us at any time.  However, please be aware that we are often on the road attending to clients, so we cannot always respond to emails or phone calls immediately.

Our regular office hours are Wednesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and during these times we will endeavour to answer your call or respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. From Sunday to Tuesday, the office is managed in a family environment.  During this time, emails and phone calls are answered and checked when possible, however, due to family and other commitments, there are times when a delay of up to 48 hours will occur.  To avoid disappointment, please contact us as early as possible to secure your booking.

Important information for all clients
Mobile Beauty Treatments has a minimum booking fee of $100.  (This is not an additional fee, just the minimum requirement for your choice of treatments).  If you have any questions about your booking, please do ask us.

The techniques and cleaning methods we use for all our treatments adhere to the NSW Department of Health guidelines for skin penetration which regulate the beauty industry in NSW.  Please note, if you are suffering from any infectious skin condition that will put our therapists or other clients at risk, you may be refused treatment.  The health and safety of our staff and clients is paramount to providing a professional and reliable service.
